HISTORY

2009

LeTech is born

Andreas Lennartz founded the company in 2009, initially as a sole proprietorship with two employees. The main business is the restoration of 230 GE models.

2011

Winnenden

The first location of LeTech GmbH & Co. KG was in Winnenden Höfen. From here, the company traveled to Bad Kissingen for the first time to attend Europe’s largest off-road trade fair “Abenteuer Allrad”.

2013

Moving to Welzheim

In Welzheim, LeTech GmbH & Co. KG found the right location to modernize and expand its production capabilities with a new building and new machines.

2014

Serialproduction

Designing prototypes and producing small series. LeTech’s innovative engineering achievements are incorporated in the G 63 6×6 model, among others, and later in the G500 4×4² and G 650 Landaulet.

2015

Plant 2

Plant 2, which now houses the incoming goods department and special vehicle construction, was built back in 2015.

2017

BRABUS X LeTech

BRABUS GmbH from Bottrop has been an important business partner since 2017. Together, we develop and manufacture special models of the G-Class.

2022

Ineos Grenadier Partner

We are proud to present our new showroom with the Ineos Grenadier to our off-road enthusiasts. Since 2021, LeTech GmbH & Co. KG has been an official Ineos Grenadier sales and service partner.

2023

G 63 4x4²

For the current model of the G 63 4×4², LeTech GmbH & Co. KG supplies roof racks, rear ladders and spare wheel holders from our factory in Welzheim directly to the assembly line in Graz.

2024

Goodwood Festival of Speed

INEOS Grenadier presents several prototypes at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. These include two LETECH portal axle conversions with off-road accessories based on the Station Wagon and the Quartermaster.
