LENNSON 3c (CROSS COUNTRY CARAVAN)
The LENNSON 3c (“Cross Country Caravan”) is a special edition model based on the Mercedes-Benz G-Class. It is built on vehicles through the 2018 model year equipped with diesel or gasoline engines. The standard G-Class is transformed into an off-road motorhome. The vehicle frame is extended by 578 mm, bringing the total length to 5,250 mm and the wheelbase to 3,428 mm. The result: significantly more cargo space for a comfortable cabin, as well as unlimited off-road performance.
Frame Extension and Body
The vehicle’s frame is extended, and the body is converted to a single cab.
This is followed by high-quality touch-up painting in the vehicle’s original color or, optionally, a complete repaint of the body and all attachments in the customer’s desired color.
Carbon Construction
The cab is made of carbon fiber. This robust material is ideally suited for demanding off-road use while also helping to keep the vehicle’s weight low.
The interior can be customized to meet your specific needs and offers ample space for sleeping, living, and storage areas.
The cab is available with an optional auxiliary heater. Additionally, solar panels can be mounted on the roof to provide a self-sufficient power supply.
Portal Axles and Chassis
With its LETECH portal axles, this special model offers significantly increased ground clearance and outstanding off-road capability. The optional increase in load capacity to a maximum gross vehicle weight of 4,800 kg, reinforced front springs, and KW X LETECH shock absorbers ensure maximum stability and ride comfort even during demanding off-road use.
Equipped with 5 Hutchinson Beadlock complete wheels (8.5 × 18 inches) and BfG MT or AT 37 × 12.5 R18 off-road tires, the vehicle delivers optimal traction on any terrain.
A tire pressure regulation system, roof console, and two steel water tanks are available as options. This allows the tire pressure to be adjusted directly to the specific terrain.
